Aloo- tamatar Curry Ingredients: Potato medium size - 4(boiled) Tomato - 3 (peel and chopped into small pieces) Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Garlic cloves - 2(chopped) Ginger small piece (chopped) Green chili - 2 Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Heeng (Asafoetida) - 1 pinch Oil - 1 teaspoon Water - 1 glass Coriander leaves (chopped) Salt to taste. Ganth gobhi (Lump cabbage) Ingredients: Ganth gobhi - 500 gm Big onion - 1(grated) Tomato - 3(grated) Garlic cloves - 4(grated) Ginger 1 inch piece ( grated) Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2-teaspoon Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon Oil - 2 tablespoon Water - 1 cup Salt to taste How to Make: Firstly chop ganth gobhi into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan on the medium heat. Fry gobhi till golden brown and transfer in a bowl and put aside. Now add all ingredients(except gobhi and water) in the oil and mix well. Mix Kachodi INGREDIENTS : Wheat dough Cauliflower (kaddukas ki hui) Boiled potato(kaddukas kiya hua) Boiled pot-herb(bathua) 1 Chopped onion 4 Chopped garlic flakes Chopped green chilli 1 pinch hing 1 pinch celery (ajvayan) Salt Oil HOW TO PREPARE : Add some salt in wheat dough. Separate the water from pot-herb Mix all ingredients except oil. First apply some oil on your palm,now take some dough and flatten it. Now put some mixture in it and close from all sides.
