Egg Rice
Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice - 1 bowl
- Egg - 1
- Boiled Egg ( Chopped) - 1
- Onion (Chopped) - 1
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
Masala -
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
How to Make:
- Crack egg in a small bowl and beat it.
- Mix all masalas in boiled rice.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown.
- Add rice in it and mix properly.
- Now put chopped egg in it and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the beaten egg over the rice and stir continuously until the mixture leaves the pan.
Serve hot egg rice with curd.
