Egg Rice



Ingredients:

  • Boiled Rice  - 1 bowl
  • Egg  - 1
  • Boiled Egg ( Chopped) - 1   
  • Onion (Chopped)  - 1
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon

Masala -

  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon 
  • Salt to taste

How to Make:

  1. Crack egg in a small bowl and beat it.
  2. Mix all masalas in boiled rice.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown.
  4. Add rice in it and mix properly.
  5. Now put chopped egg in it and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Pour the beaten egg over the rice and stir continuously until the mixture leaves the pan.

   Serve hot egg rice with curd.
