Mushroom Soup with Coconut Milk




Ingredients:

  • Mushroom  -  200 gm
  • Milk cream   - 25 gm
  • Garlic cloves  -  4
  • Onion  -  1(finely chopped)
  • Coconut milk  -  400 gm
  • Olive oil  -  1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 
  • Salt to taste 

How to make: 

  1. Wash mushroom property and cut it. 
  2. Put a pan on the heat add olive oil in it ,put sliced mushroom and  cook until the mushrooms give off their juices; reduce heat to low. Continue to cook, stir until juice evaporates and mushrooms turn golden brown.
  3. Set aside a few mushrooms.
  4. Mix onion and garlic into mushrooms and cook it until light brown.
  5. Add cream, black pepper powder and salt in it. 
  6. Transfer mixture in a blender and make a smooth and thick paste. 
  7. Now pour it in a pan and put it on the flame.
  8. Add coconut milk and 1/2 glass water cook to it cook for 10 mins in low flame.

   Garnish with reserved mushroom slices and server.
