Mix Sagh
Ingredients:
- Spinach - 250 gm
- Mustard leaves - 250gm
- Bathuwa (Chenopodium album) - 100 gm
- Methi (Fenugreek) leaves - 100gm
- Gram leaves - 50 gm
- Green Chili - 8
- Garlic cloves - 8
- Ginger piece - 1 inch
- Heeng ( Asafoetida) - 2 pinch
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Wash all leaves,cut finely and boil properly with 1/2 glass water.
- Chop chili, garlic and ginger.
- Take the boiled leaves from water and put in other container, don't throw this water it will be used.
- Make a thick paste of the boiled leaves.
- Put a pan and add mixture in it, put it in low heat.
- Put water in a bowl and add corn flour to it and mix properly.
- Add the thick paste,all ingredients and 1 glass water to it.
- Stir continuously and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Pour it into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon ghee. serve with cornflour chapati or wheat chapati.
