Mix Sagh



Ingredients:

  • Spinach  -  250 gm
  • Mustard leaves  -  250gm
  • Bathuwa (Chenopodium album)  -  100 gm
  • Methi (Fenugreek) leaves  -  100gm
  • Gram leaves  -  50 gm
  • Green Chili  -  8
  • Garlic cloves  -  8
  • Ginger piece  - 1 inch
  • Heeng ( Asafoetida)  -  2  pinch
  • Corn flour  -  1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste


How to make:

  1. Wash all leaves,cut finely and boil properly with 1/2 glass water.
  2. Chop chili, garlic and ginger.
  3. Take the boiled leaves from water and put in other container, don't throw this water it will be used.
  4. Make a thick paste of the boiled leaves. 
  5. Put a pan and add mixture in it, put it in low heat.
  6. Put water in a bowl and add corn flour to it and mix properly.
  7. Add the thick paste,all ingredients and 1 glass water to it.
  8. Stir continuously  and  let it boil for 10 minutes.

  Pour it into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon ghee. serve with cornflour    chapati or wheat chapati.
