Potato-Pea-Mushroom
Ingredients:
- Boiled baby potato - 1 cup
- Pea - 1 cup
- Mushroom - 400gm
- Onion (chopped) - 1
- Green chili(Chopped) - 3-4
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
Spices
- Mustard seed powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 3 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste.
How to Make:
- Wash mushroom properly and cut it.
- Peel potatoes and cut into two halves.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry mushroom until it gives off juice.
- Continue to cook ,stir until juice evaporates and mushroom turns golden brown.
- Set mushrooms aside.
- Add onion to pan and fry till light brown.
- Add all spices , peas and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
- Now add all potatoes and mushrooms.
- Mix properly, pour 1/2 cup of water in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice or chapati.
