Potato-Pea-Mushroom



Ingredients:

  • Boiled baby potato  - 1 cup
  • Pea - 1 cup
  • Mushroom -  400gm
  • Onion (chopped)  - 1
  • Green chili(Chopped)  - 3-4
  • Oil  -  2 tablespoon

Spices

  • Mustard seed powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder  - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder  - 3 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste. 

How to Make:

  1. Wash mushroom properly and cut it.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut into two halves.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry mushroom until it gives off  juice.
  4. Continue to cook ,stir until juice evaporates and mushroom turns golden brown.
  5. Set mushrooms aside.
  6. Add onion to pan and fry till light brown.
  7. Add all spices , peas and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
  8. Now add all potatoes and mushrooms.
  9. Mix properly, pour 1/2 cup of water in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

         Serve with rice or chapati.
