Veg Rice
Ingredients:
- Boiled basmati rice - 2 bowl
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup
- Carrots (finely chopped) - 2
- Cauliflower (chopped) - 1 cup
- Green beans - 1 cup
- Capsicum (chopped) - 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) - 1
- Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili (chopped) - 4
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
How to make:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mushroom, onion and fry till light brown .
- Add cumin powder, garlic paste,green chili and cook for 1 minute.
- Add carrot, cauliflower, beans, peas, and cook until soften.
- Now add turmeric powder, chill powder, coriander powder, salt and rice and gently mix well.
- Cook it for 4 minutes and stir constantly.
- Now put off the flame and mix lemon juice properly.
Serve when warm for good taste.
