Ganth gobhi (Lump cabbage)



Ingredients:


  • Ganth gobhi  -  500 gm
  • Big onion  -  1(grated)
  • Tomato  -  3(grated)
  • Garlic cloves  -  4(grated)
  • Ginger 1 inch piece ( grated)
  • Cumin powder  -  1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder  -  1/2-teaspoon
  • Red chili powder  -  1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder  -  2 teaspoon
  • Oil  -  2 tablespoon
  • Water  -  1 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make:

  1. Firstly chop ganth gobhi into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on the medium heat. 
  3. Fry gobhi till golden brown and transfer in a bowl and put aside.
  4. Now add all ingredients(except gobhi and water) in the oil and mix well.
  5. Now add gobhi in it, stir for 2-3minutes.
  6. Now pour water into it and cover the pan and cook until the gobhi is soften.
  7. Then stir it continuously on high heat let it dry.
   Serve it. 

NOTE: You can add more water,if your gobhi is half cooked.
