Potato Pudding

Potato Pudding Ingredients: 1 glass milk 3 medium sized boiled potatoes 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds powder 1/2 cup chopped mango(ripe) 1 teaspoon grated coconut 1/2 teaspoon ghee 3 teaspoon sugar How to prepare: Firstly, grate the boiled potatoes.Now place pan on the flame and put ghee in it.Then add mango and sugar to it and as the sugar melts remove it. Now pour milk in the pan ,add fennel seed powder to it and place it on flame.As the milk boils add grated coconut and potatoes to it.Now stir it till it becomes thick and as soon as it becomes thick take it off the flame. Now add the mango mixture to it and mix it properly.Refrigerate it for 20 mins. Finally, garnish it with almond.

Dal Chawal Idli

Dal Chawal Idli Ingredients : ⚫ Rice - 3 cups ⚫Bla ck gram ( urad dal) - 1 cup ⚫Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon ⚫Salt as per your taste ⚫Oil How to make : ▶ Soak rice and gram(dal) in water for 1 night. ▶ Using very less amount of water make a thin paste out of it. ▶ Make a thick mixture. ▶ Add salt and soda and keep it for 4 to 5 hours. Keep it in a hot place. ▶ Put it on idli stand and steam it. ✴ Your Idli is ready. Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.

Sesame Beet sweet

Sesame Beet sweet Ingredients: Water-1/2 cup Grated beetroot-1 Sugar-2 cups sesame seeds-1 tablespoon Coconut powder-1 tablespoon How to prepare: Boil the water and then add the grated beetroot to it and leave for half an hour. Take out the grated root and squeeze it to remove water. Pour the squeezed water in a pan and place it on high flame. Add sugar to it. When the solution becomes thick,add the squeezed beetroot and coconut powder to it. When it starts sticking to the walls of the pan,remove it from the flame. Now apply ghee to a plate and pour it on the plate. Now scatter the sesame seeds on it and let it condense at room temperature. Finally cut it into pieces and your sweet is ready to be served..
