Lotus seed banana curry

Ingredients:
Raw bananas                   :    3
Curd                                  :  1 cup
Lotus seed (Makhane)   :    1 cup
Water                                  :   2 cup
Oil                                       :  2 tbsp
Turmeric powder           : 1/2 teaspoon 
Red chilli powder           : 1/2 teaspoon 
Green chilli                      : 4
Chopped onion               : 1
Roasted  fenugreek seed , coriander seed , mustard seeds , cumin seeds , Carom seeds (Ajwain)  : 1/2 teaspoon 
Salt                                   : to taste.

How to make : 
* Firstly peel off the bananas and cut them into small pieces. 
* Take the Lotus seed and add water and green chilli in it and make paste of it.
* Now take oil in a pan and fry the bananas till they start turning brown. 
* Now take out the bananas and put the onions in the oil and fry them.
Now add the Lotus seed paste and fry it until it starts becoming thick. 
* Once it become thick add  Curd, salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir it continously. 
* Now when it starts boiling add the bananas in it and stir it until the gravy starts becoming thick. 
* Now take the roasted spices and grind them coarsely. 
* Mix these spices in the gravy and turn the flame off. 
* Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with chapatti.
