Dal Chawal Idli
Ingredients :
⚫Rice - 3 cups
⚫Black gram (urad dal) - 1 cup
⚫Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
⚫Salt as per your taste
⚫Oil

How to make :
▶ Soak rice and gram(dal) in water for 1 night.
▶ Using very less amount of water make a thin paste out of it.
▶ Make a thick mixture.
▶ Add salt and soda and keep it for 4 to 5 hours. Keep it in a hot place.
▶ Put it on idli stand and steam it.

✴Your Idli is ready. Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
