Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Onion - 3
Boiled potato - 5
Pea - 1 cup
Tomato - 3
Coconut paste - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic flakes - 5 or 6
Salt ( according to taste)
How to make :
* Firstly peel off the potatoes and fry them
* Now take tomatoes, garlic, onion and make paste of it.
* Once the potatoes are fried take them out and now take that onion paste and fry it until it starts leaving the pan.
* Now add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to the paste and mix it.
* Now add the coconut paste in it and mix it till 1-2 minutes and add water in it.
* Once it starts boiling add potato and Pea in it and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
* Now off the flame and garnish it with Coriander powder.
* Now the korma is ready, serve it with rice or chapatti.....
