Coconut Chutney



INGREDIENTS:

1 coconut pieces
Green chillies -  5 to 6
Garlic cloves  -  5 to 6
Coriander leaves -  1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts -  1/2 cup
Lemon juice  -  1/4 cup
Salt ( to taste)
Water - 1cup

FOR FRYING:

Oil -  1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds  -  1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds -  1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida -  1 pinch

HOW TO MAKE :

~  Grind all the above ingredients (coconut, green chillies, garlic cloves, coriander leaves,
       roasted peanuts, lemon juice, salt, water) and make a paste.
~ Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds and fry them....
~ Once they are fried add the grinded paste and asafoetida in the pan and stir it continuously for 3-4
      minutes.
~ Serve it with chapatti, rice and idli.
