Milk Cake
Ingredients :
⚫Milk - 2 kg
⚫Sugar - 250gms
⚫Lemon - 1/2
⚫Sugar - 250gms
⚫Lemon - 1/2
How to make :
▶ Cook till the milk becomes thick.
▶ Now add sugar to it.
▶ When the sugar melts add lemon to it.
▶ Cook till it becomes thick (very thick).
▶ Apply some ghee on a plate and spread this thick mixture on it.
▶ Cut it into pieces after half-an-hour.
▶ Now add sugar to it.
