Banana Malpua

Ingredients :
Ripe bananas  -  4
Refined flour   - 100 gram
Ghee                -  3 tbsp
Baking soda     -  1 pinch
Curd                   -   2 tbsp
Salt                    -   1 pinch
Sugar                  -  1 cup
Water                  -   1/2 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1/2 teaspoon

How to make :

* Firstly peel off the bananas and grind them.
* Now take the refined flour and add 1 tbsp of Ghee, Curd and grinded bananas in it and mix it till it starts becoming like a paste.
* Now take a bowl and keep this paste for 2 hours.
* Now take sugar and water in a pan and make a syrup. Now turn off the  flame and add cardamom powder in it.
* Now take a non- stick pan and put 1 spoon of Ghee and 1/2 cup of that paste in it and spread it.
* Now cook it properly from both sides and then dip it in that sugar syrup.
* Now garnish it with almond and serve it.
