Mysore Paak
INGREDIENTS :
Gram flour (Besan) - 250gm
Ghee - 300gm
Sugar - 150gm
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - 300gm
Sugar - 150gm
Water - 1 cup
HOW TO MAKE :
° Firstly fry the gram flour in 200gm ghee.
°Now take another pan and add sugar, 50gm ghee and water. And stir it till it becomes caramel.
°Now low the flame and add the fried gram flour and 50 gm ghee. And stir it until it start becoming whitish. ° Now set this mixture in a plate and cut into pieces.
