                                 Dal Chilla 

                         
Ingredients :

  • Moong dal (split green gram) - 1 cup 
  • Rice -  1/2 cup 
  • Curd -  1/2 cup 
  • Powdered black pepper - 1 teaspoon 
  • Chopped green chilli - 4
  • Heeng (Asafoetida) - 1 pinch 
  • Cumin powder -  1 teaspoon 
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Salt 
How to make :


Soak dal and rice for 3 hours. 
▶Wash dal and rice properly and then grind. 
Add all the spices to the paste and add water to it, to make it some thin. 
Keep for an hour. 
Put some butter on a flat pan and pour some paste on it and cook it from both sides.                         
            

✴Serve it with tea or sauce..
