CORN SOUP INGREDIENTS: 1 cup boiled corn 2 chopped green chillies 4 cup mix vegetable stock 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon corn flour 2 tablespoon oil 1 chopped onion 1 tablespoon soya sauce 2 copped pieces of garlic HOW TO PREPARE: take-off 2 tablespoons of boiled corns.And grind the left boiled corns(thick). kadhai mein thodha oil garam karlein .Fry onion, garlic, and green chilli until they turn brown. now add the grinded corn flour and stirr till 5 mins.Add vegetables,left-over corns and salt and boil. mix the corn flour in some water and add in the soup. heat it for 15-20 mins at low heat,before taking off the soup from heat add soya sauce and chilli sauce.

Shahi Samose

Shahi Samose Ingredients: Fine flour - 250 gms. Oil Sugar - 1/2 cup Sesame seed - 1 cup Almond - 12 Coconut - 1 cup Dry dates - 10 How to prepare: Firstly,add little oil and salt to the fine flour and make its dough(tight). Cover it and keep it for 10 mins. Now grind all the dry fruits and sugar to form a powder. Apply little oil on palms and take some dough, make chappati. Now cut the chappati from center through knife. Take the half chappati and give it the shape of a triangle with your hands. Then fill the mixture in it and give it the shape of samosa. The same way prepare all the samosas and place aside. Now fry them at low flame. Your shahi samose are ready,serve them....

carrot prantha.

CARROT PRANTHAN. INGREDIENTS: 2 carrots(kaddukas ki hui) 2-3 chopped pieces of garlic 1/2 chopped onion chopped green chillies fresh chopped coriander leaves salt garam masala. Oil for frying. HOW TO PREPARE: 1. Pehle wheat flour main thoda salt dalkar dough bana le. 2. carrot ka sara pani nichodkar alag karde.Now ,mix all ingredients. 3.thoda aata lekar uski loei banakar ,thoda faila le ab isme thoda mixture rakhkar usse charo taraf se band kar prantha bana le. 4.ab usse tava par dalen or sikne par palat dein,ab pranthe par dono side se oil laga kar acchi tarah sek len. serve with butter or tomato sauce.
