RAVA PANEER WITH PEANUT CURRY
INGREDIENTS :
Rava - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red chillies - 4
FOR GRAVY:
Peanut seeds - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 10
Garlic cloves - 3
Chopped onion - 1
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Dry Mango powder - 2 teaspoon
Juice of 1 lemon
Turmeric powder - 1 and half teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE :
- Firstly, mix rava, curd, salt, chilli powder, baking soda with water and make paste of it.
- Take a tray and grease it with ghee, now pour the paste in it and steam it until it is set.
- For gravy mix all the ingredients except oil and make paste of them by adding water.
- Now cut that rava in square shape.
- Take oil in a pan and cook that rava piece until it turn light brown.
- Now add fenugreek seed in that oil, when they start bursting add that gravy paste in it and stir for 2-3 minute.
- Now add turmeric powder, salt, chilli and coriander powder in it. Add water in it and cook until it starts boiling.
- Now add those rava pieces in that gravy and cook for 2 minutes. Now put off the flame.
- For preparing garnish, take a pan add oil in it, when the oil is heated add mustard seeds and red chillies in it, saute them. Now u can garnish it with it.
- Now u can eat it with chapatti.
