ONION TINDA
INGREDIENTS :
Tinda (Apple gourd) - 250g
Chopped onion - 3
Chopped green chilli - 10 to 12
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves - 4
Chopped ginger - 1/2
HOW TO MAKE :
- Firstly peel off the tinda and cut them into small pieces.
- Now coarsely grind onion, chilli, garlic and ginger.
- Now take oil in a pan and fry those tinda pieces for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add those coarsely grinded ingredients, salt, and turmeric in that pan and cook it on low flame.
- Now when those tinda's become soft add dry mango powder and coriander powder in it. Cook it on high flame for 3 minutes and stir continously.
- Now you can serve it with paratha.
