Suva Paratha
Ingredients:
- Suva leaves - 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Desi ghee - 2 teaspoon (for moyan)
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oil
- Water
How to Make:
- Mix Suva leaves, desi ghee, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, in wheat flour and make a dough with the help of water.
- Take some dough between your palm then press it.
- Now roll the dough into the medium size roti.
- Place the Suva parantha on a hot tava(griddle).
- When one side is bit cooked, flip the parantha.
- Spread oil on the side then flip again and apply oil this side too.
- Press the parantha edges a spatula so that they get cooked.
Serve it with Desi ghee
