Suva Paratha



Ingredients:

  • Suva leaves  -  1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Wheat flour  -  2 cup
  • Desi ghee  -  2 teaspoon (for moyan)
  • Red chili powder  -  1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder  -  1 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Water


How to Make:

  1. Mix Suva leaves, desi ghee, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, in wheat flour and make a dough with the help of water.
  2. Take some dough between your palm then press it.
  3. Now roll the dough into the medium size roti.
  4. Place the Suva parantha on a hot tava(griddle).
  5. When one side is bit cooked, flip the parantha.
  6. Spread oil on the side then flip again and apply oil this side too. 
  7. Press the parantha edges a spatula so that they get cooked.

   Serve it with Desi ghee
