Aloo - Suva Sabzi
Ingredients:
- Bunch of fresh Suva (dill leaves) - 1
- Boiled and pealed baby potatoes - 8
- Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoons
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili (chopped) - 2 to 3
- Onion (chopped) - 1
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Remove Suva from stem.
- Wash properly and then chop them.
- Cut all potatoes into two halves.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it one minute, then add Suva leaves and potatoes.
- Now add all ingredients and mix well.
- Add half cup of water.
- Cover and cook it for 8-10 mins in low heat.
- No water remains, then the Suva potatoes are done.
Serve it with chapati.
