Aloo - Suva Sabzi



Ingredients:


  • Bunch of fresh Suva (dill leaves)  -  1
  • Boiled and pealed baby potatoes  -  8
  • Ginger - Garlic paste  -  1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder  -  1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder  -  1/4 teaspoons
  • Red chili powder  -  1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chili (chopped)  -  2 to 3
  • Onion (chopped)  -  1
  • Oil  -  2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste


How to make:


  1. Remove Suva from stem.
  2. Wash properly and  then chop them.
  3. Cut all potatoes into two halves.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion till light brown.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it one minute, then add Suva leaves and potatoes.
  6. Now add all ingredients and mix well.
  7. Add half cup of water.
  8. Cover and cook it for 8-10 mins in low heat.
  9. No water remains, then the Suva potatoes are done.


Serve it with chapati.
