Urad Dal Pakoda
Ingredients:
- Urad Dal - 2 cup
- Moong Dal - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Green Chili 6-7
- Garlic Cloves - 3-4
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Hing - 1 pinch
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How to make:
- Soak both dal over night.
- Rinse dal properly.
- Grind all the ingredients (except onion) and make a thick and smooth paste.
- Add chopped onion in it.
- Put a pan on the flame when oil get warm take one spoon paste and drop it in oil and follow the same.
- Deep fry them.
Now serve with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
