Urad Dal Pakoda


Ingredients:

  • Urad Dal  -  2 cup
  • Moong Dal  -  1 cup
  • Curd  -  1/2 cup
  • Green Chili  6-7
  • Garlic Cloves  -  3-4 
  • Chopped Onion  -  1
  • Hing  -  1 pinch
  • Cumin powder  -  1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder  -  1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make:

  •  Soak both dal over night.
  •  Rinse dal properly.
  •  Grind all the ingredients (except onion) and make a thick and smooth paste.
  •  Add chopped onion in it.
  •  Put a pan on the flame when oil get warm take one spoon paste and drop it in oil and follow the same. 
  • Deep fry them.
      Now serve with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
