Roohaafja ice cream
Ingredients:
- full cream milk 1 litre
 - white sugar (chini) 200 gm
 - Roohaafja 2 tablespoons
 - Grinded almond 1 tablespoon
 
How to make:
- Take milk in a pan and boil it till become half.
 - Now mix sugar in it, when the sugar dissolves properly turn off the flame
 - Mix roohaafja and almonds properly.
 - Put it in a container and freeze it for 8-9 hours.
 - Serve it
