Roohaafja ice cream



Ingredients:

  1. full cream milk        1 litre 
  2. white sugar (chini)   200 gm 
  3. Roohaafja                  2 tablespoons 
  4. Grinded almond        1 tablespoon 

How to make:

  • Take milk in a pan  and boil it till become half.
  • Now mix sugar  in it, when the sugar dissolves properly turn off the flame
  • Mix roohaafja and almonds properly.
  • Put it in a container and freeze it for 8-9 hours.
  • Serve it
