Paneer Pakoda


Ingredients:

  • Paneer                       250gm
  • Besan(Gram flour)    1cup
  • Cornflour                   1/2 cup
  • Curd                           1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seed powder   1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder        1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder       1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste                 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder   1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

How to make:

  • Cut paneer into small pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients except oil and make a thick and smooth paste with the help of water.
  • Heat oil   in a kadhai or pan.
  • When the oil becomes hot, dip paneer into besan batter and coat it completely.
  • Fry the coated paneers till they turn golden brown.
         Now serve with chilli sauce.
