Paneer Pakoda
Ingredients:
- Paneer 250gm
- Besan(Gram flour) 1cup
- Cornflour 1/2 cup
- Curd 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seed powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
How to make:
- Cut paneer into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients except oil and make a thick and smooth paste with the help of water.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or pan.
- When the oil becomes hot, dip paneer into besan batter and coat it completely.
- Fry the coated paneers till they turn golden brown.
Now serve with chilli sauce.
