Masala bhindi
Ingredients:
- Okra (bhindi) 500 gms
- Oil 3 tbsp
Masala stuffing ingredients:
- Mustard seed powder 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander(dhania) powder 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt
How to Make:
- Wash, and cut bhindi into two halves.
- Mix all the masala, bhindi and salt in a bowl .
- Heat oil in a kadhai or pan
- Add the masala bhindi to the oil and gently stir.
- If any masala remains you can add it to the bhindi.
- Now cover the kadhai and let the bhindi cook on a low flame.
- When the bhindi gets soft put off the flame.
Serve with chapati.
