INGREDIENTS:
Tinda (Apple gourd) - 250 g
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 2
Chopped green chilli - 5
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
HOW TO MAKE :
- Take oil in a pan and heat it . Now add tinda in the pan and fry them till they become soft.
- Now take tinda out of the pan and add oil and onion in the same pan and fry them till they become brown. Add tomato, chilli in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes.
- Now add curd , turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and tinda and cook it till the tinda become dry .
- Once the tinda become dry it is ready to be served. You can serve it with chappati or rice.
