ALOO SABUDANA (SAGO) TIKKI
INGREDIENTS:
Sabudana (Sago) - 1 cup ( it must be soaked in water for 3-4 hrs )
Boiled potato (Mashed) - 4
Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 5
Salt (to taste)
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil ( to fry )
HOW TO MAKE:
Sabudana (Sago) - 1 cup ( it must be soaked in water for 3-4 hrs )

Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 5
Salt (to taste)
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil ( to fry )
HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and give it the shape of tikki (round and bit flattened).
- Now take oil in a pan and heat it. Now add tikki in it and fry till they turn brown.
- Serve it with coriander chutney or ketchup
