TILKUT
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup - sesame seeds
3/4 cup - Jaggery
1 tbsp - ghee
1 tsp - ghee for greasing pan.
2 tbsp - coconut powder.
3/4 cup - Jaggery
1 tbsp - ghee
1 tsp - ghee for greasing pan.
2 tbsp - coconut powder.
HOW TO MAKE :
- Grind the sesame seeds
- Melt jaggery over low heat, in a large heavy pan.
- Add Ghee, coconut powder, stir gently till smooth.
- Add grinded sesame seed , mix gently.
- Now grease a tray with ghee and spread it evenly,allow to cool till warm.
- Now cut them into square pieces.
- Allow to cool completely, before storing in airtight containers.
