Tilkut

                                            TILKUT 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup - sesame seeds
3/4 cup - Jaggery
1 tbsp - ghee
1 tsp - ghee for greasing pan.
2 tbsp - coconut powder.

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Grind the sesame seeds
  • Melt jaggery over low heat, in a large heavy pan.
  • Add Ghee, coconut powder, stir gently till smooth.
  • Add grinded sesame seed , mix gently.
  • Now grease a tray with ghee and spread it evenly,allow to cool till warm.
  • Now cut them into square pieces.
  • Allow to cool completely, before storing in airtight containers.
