HALWA
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Sooji (rava)
1/2 cup besan
1 cup Ghee
2 cups Water
1cup Sugar
5 crushed Almonds (badam)
grated coconut
8-10 raisins
HOW TO MAKE :
- Heat a deep pan on the flame and when it is hot, add the ghee.
- When the ghee melts, add the sooji and besan stir to mix well.
- Roast the sooji until it turn golden color. Add raisins, gently add the water, sugar and stir continuously.
- Cook it until it starts leaving the pan.
- Now garnish it with coconut and almond. And it is ready to be served.
