Aloo Kachodi

                                      ALOO KACHODI

 

INGREDIENTS :

Wheat dough
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Boiled potato(grated)
Chopped green chilli
1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 pinch celery (ajvayan)
Salt
Oil

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Add some salt in wheat dough and keep aside.
  • Now make a mixture of all the ingredients except oil.
  • First apply some oil on your palm,now take some dough and flatten it.
  • Now put some mixture in it and close from all sides.
  • Now flatten it with your palm and fry till brown.
  • Now serve with curd.
