ALOO KACHODI
INGREDIENTS :
Wheat dough
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Boiled potato(grated)
Chopped green chilli
1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 pinch celery (ajvayan)
Salt
Oil

HOW TO PREPARE:
- Add some salt in wheat dough and keep aside.
- Now make a mixture of all the ingredients except oil.
- First apply some oil on your palm,now take some dough and flatten it.
- Now put some mixture in it and close from all sides.
- Now flatten it with your palm and fry till brown.
- Now serve with curd.
