                               Spinach(Palak)  Paratha

Ingredients:


  • Wheat flour - 3 cup
  • Chopped spinach - 250 g
  • Green chillies - 8 to 10
  • Garlic cloves - 6 to 7
  • Salt ( to taste)
  • Oil

How To Make :

  1. Firstly put spinach, garlic cloves, green chillies in a grinder and grind them coarsely.
  2. Now take wheat flour, add salt and spinach mixture in this and make dough of it.
  3. Now put indian frying pan (tava) on flame.
  4. Take some dough and make a ball of it and  flatten it in the shape of chapati.
  5. Now apply oil on one side of this chapati and put it on tava. Once it is cooked from that side do the same with the other side also.
  6. Once it is cooked it is ready to be served. Serve it with tea or butter
