Spinach(Palak) Paratha
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 3 cup

Chopped spinach - 250 g
-
Green chillies - 8 to 10
-
Garlic cloves - 6 to 7
-
Salt ( to taste)

Oil
How To Make :
- Firstly put spinach, garlic cloves, green chillies in a grinder and grind them coarsely.
- Now take wheat flour, add salt and spinach mixture in this and make dough of it.
- Now put indian frying pan (tava) on flame.
- Take some dough and make a ball of it and flatten it in the shape of chapati.
- Now apply oil on one side of this chapati and put it on tava. Once it is cooked from that side do the same with the other side also.
- Once it is cooked it is ready to be served. Serve it with tea or butter
