Fried Mushroom Tikki

                               FRIED MUSHROOM TIKKI

INGREDIENTS :

Mushroom -  200 g
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Green chilli - 5 to 6
Boiled potato (mashed) - 2
Salt ( to taste)
Oil ( for frying)
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon 

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Firstly wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
  • Now take a pan, add oil in it now put garlic in it and cook it until it turns brown.
  • Now add mushroom in it and fry them until the water in them dries.
  • Now add ginger, garlic, green chilli in it and fry them for 1 minute.Now grind this mixture.
  • Now add mashed potato, garam masala, salt in this mixture and make small balls of this and flatten them a little
  • Now take oil in a pan and wait until it gets heated.
  • Now add those mushroom balls in it and deep fry them.
  • When they are fried properly. Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
