DRY FRUIT PULAV
INGREDIENTS :
Boiled basmati rice - 1 glass
Dry dates - 7 to 8 ( soaked)
Almond - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup ( cut into two halves)
Raisins - 1 cup
Pomegranate - 1 cup
Bay leaf - 2
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Cloves - 4 to 5
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon

HOW TO MAKE :
- Firstly chop the dry dates.
- Now take oil in a pan and add ghee in it. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, clove in it and saute them for 1 minute.
- Now add dry fruits in it and fry them till they turn light brown.
- Now slow down the flame and add tge boiled rice in it, add salt and black pepper powder and mix properly.
- Now turn off the flame and serve it by garnishing it with pomegranate.
