Sesame cookies

                     SESAME COOKIES



INGREDIENTS :
  • 150g fine flour (Maida)
  • 80g Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seed 
HOW TO MAKE :

* Firstly mix all the ingredients together (except ghee)
* Now add ghee in it.
* Make a dough of it by adding only a little amount of water.
*  Flatten it into 1/4 inch thick chapatti.
* Now cut the cookies in whatever shape you want.
* Bake the cookies at 160° centigrade  till they turn light brown.
*  The cookies are ready to be served.

( You can also store these cookies in an air tight container).
