INGREDIENTS :
- 250g small white Brinjal
- 3 Chopped onion
- 5 tomato
- 5 green chilli
- 1 spoon cumin seeds powder
- 1 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt (to taste)
HOW TO MAKE:
* Wash and cut the Brinjal (eggplants) into four parts, while keeping them together at the stalk.Put them aside.
* Grind all ingredients except jeera and oil, and make a smooth paste.
* Fill the split baingan with the paste.
* Heat oil in a pan, put jeera powder, let it spatter.
* Put brinjal in the oil and cover till cooked.Turn the baingan and cook the other side.
* Once both sides are cooked, put the remaining paste and cook for another 10mins on a low flame
* Once cooked serve with roti or paratha.
