MANGO MASTI
INGREDIENTS :
1 Riped (but tight) Mango
Oil (to fry)
2 tablespoon fine flour
1 cup milk
1 pinch baking soda
2 tablespoon sugar
2-3 drop of khewra essence
Sesame seeds (to garnish)
1 bowl chilled water
HOW TO MAKE :
* Firstly, cut the mangoes into medium square pieces.
* Now mix milk and fine flour together to make a paste ( neither too thick nor too liquid).Also add baking soda in it.
* Now put a pan on the flame and add oil in it.
* Once the oil is heated take a piece of mango and dip it properly in that paste and put it in the oil ( repeat the same with other pieces also).
* Fry these pieces until they turn brown.
* Now take another pan, add sugar in it and make caramel on low flame.
* Once the caramel is ready add the khewra essence in it.
* Now dip those Mango pieces in caramel and then put them in chilled water ( for 1 second) now take them out and garnish with sesame seeds.
* Now it is ready to serve.
