INGREDIENTS :
Dried red chilli - 250 g
Coriander seeds - 250 g
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoon
Dry coconut - 1/2cup
Black mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
Split bengal gram - 2 tablespoon
Split black gram - 2 tablespoon

HOW TO MAKE :
* Firstly, roast all the ingredients except Asafoetida.
* Now grind all these ingredients along with Asafoetida and keep that in fridge.
* Use when needed.
