Mango Khaas
Ingredients :
Riped mangoes - 2
Jaggery - 1 cup
Lemon - 2
Khewra essence - 8 to 10 drops.
How to make :
* Peel off the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
* Put a pan on flame and add sugar and mangoes in it.
* Stir it continuously until it becomes thick and now add lemon juice and Khewra essence
in it.
* Again stir it for 2 minutes, and now put off the flame and keep it in freezer to cool down.
* Again stir it for 2 minutes, and now put off the flame and keep it in freezer to cool down.
