Pani patase

Ingredients:

Gol_gappe:
  • Semolina(suji)-1 cup
  • Wheat flour-2 tablespoon
  • Oil-2 teaspoon
  • Soda water to make the dough.
Pani:
  •  cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon 
  • Sonth-1/2 teaspoon
  • Mint-1 cup
  • Asafoetida(Hing)-2 gm.
  • simple and black salt as per your taste.
  • Water-1 liter
  • Tamarind flesh-50 gms.
  • Jaggeryas per ur wish.
How to prepare:
Gol Gappe:
  1. Mix semolina and wheat flour and filter them.Add moin(oil) to it mash it.
  2. Make the dough using soda water.Cover it and keep it for 10 mins.
  3. Twine the dough into small small balls.Roll and place them on a wet muslin cloth.When the puri's are made then fry them in oil.
  4. The puri's should bloom.
Pani :
  1. Grind all the ingredients used to make pani.
  2. Put this mixture in 1 liter water and filter the water.
  3.  Put ice in the water to make it cool.
Serving:
Mix salt and chilli in smashed potatoes.
Make a hole in the gol gappa put these smashed potatoes made .
Dip it in the pani prepared and eat.
                             Tasty pani-patase are ready....
