Mushroom-e-Khaas

Ingredients:
  • Oil for frying
  • Mushroom-250 gms.
  • green chilli-4-5
  • Onion-2
  • Ginger-small piece
  • Garloc-2 or 3 cloves
  • Fried sesame seeds-1 tablespoon
  • Fried groundnut-1 tablespoon
  • Coconut powder-1 teaspoon
  • Salt- as per your taste
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Grinded coriander-1 teaspoon
How to prepare:
  1. Firstly, peel the mushroom and then fry it till it turns dark pink.
  2. Cut green chilli into two equal halfs and fry.
  3. Make a paste of onion,ginger and garlic.On the otherhand, grind the dry fruits and keep aside.
  4. When the mushrooms get fried put them aside and cook the paste of onion, ginger and garlic till it starts leaving the oil.
  5. Now add dry fruit mixture, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander to it and mix them properly.
  6. Now add water and salt to it as per your choice and make the gravy and mix properly.
  7. Cook it until  it gets to be boiled.Now add the fried mushroom and green chilli to it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves before serving..
