Moong-Dal Barfi
Ingredients:
- Desi ghee-1 tablespoon
- Moong dal-1 cup
- Milk cream-2 tablespoon
- Sugar-2 tablespoon
- Almond-5
- Soak the dal in water for half an hour.
- Then wash it properly and grind it a little(not forming a paste).
- Now fry it in 1 tablespoon ghee until it stops sticking to the pan.
- Then add sugar to it and stir it continously.
- When it starts becoming thick add milk cream to it and mix properly.
- Cook it till it becomes thick.
- On the other hand,take a plate and apply ghee to it .
- Pour the mixture on it and spread it equally and garnish with almond.
- Cut it into pieces when it cools.
