Moong-Dal Barfi

Ingredients:
  • Desi ghee-1 tablespoon
  • Moong dal-1 cup
  •  Milk cream-2 tablespoon
  • Sugar-2 tablespoon 
  • Almond-5
How to prepare: 

  1.  Soak the dal in water for half an hour.
  2. Then wash it properly and  grind it a little(not forming a paste).
  3. Now fry it in  1 tablespoon ghee until it stops sticking to the pan.
  4. Then add sugar to it and stir it continously.
  5.  When it starts becoming thick add milk cream to it and mix properly.
  6. Cook it till it becomes thick.
  7. On the other hand,take a plate and apply ghee to it .
  8. Pour the mixture on it and spread it equally and garnish with almond.
  9. Cut it into pieces when it cools.
