Methi Ke pranthe.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour-2 cups
- Corn flour-2 teaspoon
- Fenugreek leaves-150 gms
- Garlic flakes-1
- Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil
- Grind all the ingredients(except wheat & corn flour).
- Mix the wheat and corn flour.
- Put the grinded mixture in the mixed flour and make a dough with the help of water.
- Take out a little from the dough in your palm and give it a shape of chapati .
- Now apply some oil on it and fold it to form a triangle.
- Widen it with the help of a roller(belan).
- Put it on the pan(tva)and fry it from both sides with the help of oil.(At medium heat).
