Rose cake

Rose Cake.


Ingredients:
  • Milk - 3 kg.
  • Rose -10
  • Sugar -3 teaspoons


How to make:
  1. Pour 3 kg. of milk in a pan and place it on flame.Stir it until it gets semi-condensed.
  2. Now add sugar to it and mix it properly.Then,divide it into three parts.
  3. Wash the rose leaves and divide them into two parts.
  4. Grind the first half of the rose leaves and chop the second half of the rose leaves.
  5. Take a bowl and set the foil paper in it.
  6. Now put the pour the semi-condensed milk in pan and add the chopped rose leaves to it and mix it properly until it gets thick.
  7. Now pour it in the bowl.
  8. then ,take the second part of semi-condensed milk in pan and make it thick(no roses required).
  9. Now pour it in the same bowl making the second layer.
  10. Now from the leftover third part of semi-condensed milk add the grinded rose leaves and mix it properly making it thick.
  11. Pour it in the same bowl making the third layer.
  12. Now cover the bowl with foil paper and refrigerate it.
  13. When it gets cooled take it out and decorate it as per your wish.
  14. Finally it is ready to get served.
