Parval (Pointed gourd)
Ingredients:
- Parval - 1/2 kg
- 5 Onions
- 5-6 Green chilli
- Oil- 2 tablespoon
- Salt
- Turmeric (Haldi) powder
- Coriander (Dhaniya) powder
- Saunf (Fennel) Powder
- 1/2 cup Curd
How to prepare:
Firstly wash the parval properly and then cut them into 8 pieces. Now chopp the onion and cut the green chilli into 4 parts. Now take some oil in a pan and heat . When the oil is heated add the parval and fry till brown . Put parval aside . Now fry onions in same oil till it become brown. Now add parval and green chilli to fried onions and mix them. Add salt , turmeric powder , Fennel powder and mix it .Now add curd to it and cook it at low flame until parval soaks the curd. When the parval leaves the oil turn off the flame.
Your parval is ready....
