Corn Barfi





Ingredients:
  • Ghee-2 teaspoon
  • Boiled corn-2 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 kg
  • Water-1 glass
  • Coconut powder-1 tablespoon
How to prepare:
Firstly, place a pan on flame and put sugar and water in it and make a syrup.Grind the corns( not to form a paste).Put ghee in another pan and cook the corns until smell comes.When the syrup starts to stick on the sides of the pan remove it from the flame an place aside.Now add coconut powder and cooked corns to it and mix it properly.
   Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture on it and spread it equally. when it settles a little cut it with a knife.
