Soya Vada
Ingredients:
Soya Vadi:
- Soyabeans -100 gm.
- Onion -1
- Green Chilli 4-5
- Fennel seeds -8
- Besan -1 tbs.
- Salt
Gravy:
- Tomato-2
- Onion -1
- Garlic -6 flakes
- Coriander powder
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Oil
Soya Vadi:
Make a thin paste of besan an place aside.Grind all the ingredients of soya vadi and make small balls with the mixture.Heat some oil in a pan(to fry) Now dip the balls in the besan paste and deep fry.
Gravy:
Grind onion,tomato and garlic to form a paste.Add oil in the pan and pour the paste in it and fry it until it leaves the walls of the pan.Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and coriander powder in it.Pour 1 glass water in it and when the water starts to boil then let it boil at low flame for 5 mins. then turn of the flame.And put soya vadi in it.
Serve it with chapatti.
