Aloo Palak


Ingredients:
  • Spinach -1/2 kg
  • Curd -1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes -2
  • Chopped onion -1
  • Garlic paste -1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder
  • Fennel powder
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Oil
  • Red Chili
  • Mustard seeds
How to prepare:
Firstly,wash the spinach properly and boil it.Now grind the boiled spinach.Now put oil in the pan and fry the boiled potatoes.Take little oil in the pan and fry onion,garlic and fenugreek seeds.Now low the flame and add curd,1/2 glass water,turmeric powder,chili powder,coriander powder,fennel powder,salt and stir it until the curd boils.Now add grinded spinach to it and cook it for 5 mins. at medium flame.
Pour it in a bowl.On other side,take 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and put  mustard seeds and red chili in it and fry it. Then pour it in the bowl.
