Tomango
Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
1 Riped mango
Salt
1 pinch black peeper powder
Saunf (Fennel )powder
Grated (Kaddu kash ki hui)Jaggery (Gud )
Raisins (Kishmish)
How to prepare:
Firstly boil tomatoes and peel them and now take the mango pulp and grind them.Now take a pan and add 1 spoon oil and put the grinded mixture in it and stir it until it becomes thick and now add salt , peeper and jaggery and cook it until it starts leaving the pan.Now add raisins an saunf powder in it and off the flame .
Now let it cool and serve with prantha , sandwich and chapati.
