Mango Rice
Ingredients:
1 glass rice
2 glass water
1 riped mango pulp
Almonds
Raisins
Cashewnut
2 tablespoon Sugar
Chopped coconut
4-5 pieces green elaichi
2 pinch black peeper powder
Salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon saunf (Fennel)
4-5 cloves
How to prepare:
Firstly wash the rice and now place pressure cooker on the flame.
Firstly wash the rice and now place pressure cooker on the flame.
Now put oil in the cooker and when the oil gets warm add fennel seeds , cloves , cardamom and dry fruits to it. When the dry fruits turn pink add mango pulp to it and turn the flame low . Add salt , sugar . black peeper powder and rice.Then pour 2 glass water to it and stirr the mixture. Then close the cooker lid and wait till its first whistle.After the whistle remove it from the flame.
After 5 minutes open the cooker and serve the mango rice.
