Dhokla
Ingredients:
- Washed moong dal-1 cup
- Curd-2 tablespoon
- Ginger-1 inch piece
- Green Chillie-2
- ENO fruit salt-1
- Salt(according to taste)
How to Prepare:
- Sock moong dal in water for 3 hrs., then take off the water .
- Add curd,ginger,salt and green chillie to the dal and grind it.
- Then add ENO fruit salt to it and mix it properly.
- Pour water(2 cup) in pressure cooker .
- Apply oil in the separater and pour the mixture in it.
- Place it in the pressure cooker and cover it with a lid and place it at low heat for 10-12 mins.
- Let it cool then cut it into squares.
- warm 1 teaspoon oil and fry rai,curry leaf,heeng and green chillie.
- Then add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 cup water and boil it then spread it on dhokla's and serve it
