Dhokla
Ingredients:
  • Washed moong dal-1 cup
  • Curd-2 tablespoon
  • Ginger-1 inch piece
  • Green Chillie-2
  • ENO fruit salt-1
  • Salt(according to taste)


How to Prepare:
  1. Sock moong dal in water for 3 hrs., then take off the water .
  2. Add curd,ginger,salt and green chillie to the dal and grind it.
  3. Then add ENO fruit salt to it and mix it properly.
  4. Pour  water(2 cup) in pressure cooker .
  5. Apply oil in the separater and pour the mixture in it.
  6. Place it in the pressure cooker and cover it with a lid and place it at low heat for 10-12 mins.
  7. Let it cool then cut it into squares.
  8. warm 1 teaspoon oil and fry rai,curry leaf,heeng and green chillie.
  9. Then add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 cup water  and boil it then spread it on dhokla's and serve it
